POLYKALA Distillery is a historic Greek family spirit maker with roots that stretch back to 1897 in Lixouri, Kefallonia - making it one of Greece’s oldest distilleries dedicated to artisanal liqueurs and traditional flavours. Founded by Vassilis Polykalas from homemade drink recipes gathered across the region, the company has passed through four generations and today combines more than 125 years of heritage with quality ingredients and refined recipes.
Based now in Keratea, Attica, the distillery stays true to tradition while evolving for modern palates, producing a varied collection of aromatic liqueurs - from mint and bitter almond to citrus and mastiha - each reflecting Greek terroir and time-honoured craftsmanship.
