On the palate, it is dense yet graceful, with well-structured tannins and impressive depth. A long maceration and native yeast fermentation enhance its complexity, while 14 months of aging in French oak barrels impart subtle toast and roundness. Bottled unfiltered and aged in bottle for an additional year before release, this Syrah showcases purity, power, and finesse in equal measure.
