The www.antigonisdeliconcept.com is an online store offering traditional Mediterranean, Greek packaged foods, meals, utility items, cosmetics, and related products and services (such as video recipes based on the sold products, etc.). The licensor of this Website is the company named "ANTIGONIS CONCEPT I.K.E.", located at L.Logotheti & Metamorfoseos Corner, Pythagorio, Postal Code 83103, Greece, VAT: 802043704, Tax Office: Samos, (hereinafter referred to as "Antigonis Deli Concept", "Antigonis Deli Concept", "we", "us", "our"), which also manages it.

Access to this Website, and the products and services offered through this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), their use, and the execution of purchases are subject to these terms, conditions, and notices (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). By browsing the Website and using the Services or making purchases of Products, you accept all current Terms and Conditions, as well as their updates from time to time, which govern our relationship. In case of disagreement or reservation about part or all of these terms, you can contact our Customer Service Department through the Contact Us section before browsing or using the Services or making a transaction, or you can even send us a written letter to our address, otherwise, your acceptance of all terms is unconditional.

 

   1.3. You should regularly visit this website to monitor any changes to the Terms and Conditions. It is clarified that the change of terms does not include orders you have already made, but applies to the future. Our company reserves the right to modify, renew, or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member/buyer (hereinafter collectively the user) of Antigonis Deli Concept (collectively or alternatively): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of Antigonis Deli Concept and c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), structure, or composition (configuration) of Antigonis Deli Concept as well as its technical specifications and to restrict access to the entire website or part of it or/and part of it to become subscription-based. Also, the company reserves the right at any time, without reason and without prior notice to the user of Antigonis Deli Concept, to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of Antigonis Deli Concept. Access to this Website is allowed under these terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to remove or change the Services without prior notice.

 

   1.4. This Website also contains links to other Websites, which are not managed by the Antigonis Deli Concept family (the "Linked Websites"). Antigonis Deli Concept cannot control the Linked Websites, nor does it guarantee their timeliness, accuracy, legality, completeness, or quality of their content, and does not accept responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may be caused by their use. When using the Linked Websites, the Terms and Conditions of each website apply accordingly.

 

   1.5. Applicants become official members of the Antigonis Deli Concept family upon registration on our website. They can also register by consenting to connect through their FACEBOOK account (www.facebook.com). They can register either as individuals or as professionals (B2B – but only in the special section specifically for professionals, coming soon), it is noted that in the case of a professional/business, registration is only possible by the legal representative of the business, who declares responsibly upon registration that he/she represents it and can conduct transactions on its behalf. Depending on your status, you have access to the corresponding section of our Website. Antigonis Deli Concept is entitled without reason or/and for reasons of legality (such as indicative due to previous violation of these Terms and Conditions, due to illegal behavior, etc.) to refuse a member's application to provide any of the Services or to conduct transactions with the company.

 

   1.6. It is noted that the "Help – Frequently Asked Questions" section and the "Customer Service Department" through the Contact Us section are exclusively to provide help and information and do not in any way substitute the "Terms and Conditions". The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the "Terms and Conditions" and binds all parties (the company and users) under the terms of article 1.2. above.

 

   1.7. If you wish, you can subscribe to our company's newsletters. Registration is also possible for non-members.

 

2. Description of Transactions & Services

 

2.1. The online store of Antigonis Deli Concept showcases, promotes, and resells products from the suppliers with whom it collaborates. A supplier is defined under the meaning of Law 2251/1994 for consumer protection, as well as any producer/packager, importer/distributor, as defined in specific legislative provisions (hereinafter "suppliers" for brevity). The company reserves the right to freely choose the products it displays on its Website and to modify, update, or withdraw them at any time without prior notice. The same applies to its pricing policy, any offers, and discounts which it may choose to conduct freely and to modify, update, or withdraw at any time without prior notice or deadline, provided users are informed as legally stipulated.

 

2.2. In any case, it is noted that the description of the ingredients of the products and generally the information included in the labels on the products and their production and expiration dates are provided by the suppliers themselves, whose details are listed on the product. Antigonis Deli Concept (which participates in the distribution chain only as an intermediary or final seller) is not obliged and is not in a position to control nor is it responsible for the truth or accuracy of these.

 

2.3. Also, through the Antigonis Deli Concept website, video recipes and cooking suggestions based on the products sold on our website are displayed, accessible to all users for domestic use only. The content and recipes of the Website are intended exclusively for consumers over the age of eighteen (18). We cannot guarantee the outcome of executing the recipes, even if you follow all the steps according to the instructions you received from us or the supplier. The user remains solely responsible for the outcome or any problem that may arise during the execution of a recipe. Each recipe is provided "as is." You should always take into account the additional information for each product, whether it concerns storage, consumption, cooking, or any other possible use of the respective product, as well as the properties of the devices and other tools you use to execute the recipes.

4. Restrictions on Access and Use of the Website

You must not commit or encourage criminal acts, transmit or distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or post any other malicious or technologically harmful material, and generally, actions that may lead to unacceptable or extensive burden of the infrastructure or operation of the website are not allowed. Additionally, you must not violate any part of the Services, destroy data, cause annoyance to other users, infringe on the proprietary rights of others, send unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly known as "spam," or attempt to influence the performance or functionality of any features of the Website or features you accessed through the Website. Violation of this provision constitutes a criminal offense under Greek law. 4.3. Your connection to our website is made under the terms of articles 5.5. and 15 with your own means and through companies and providers of your choice.

 

4.4. If there is no activity for 60 minutes, automatic disconnection from the member area of the online store occurs.

Additionally, you do not have any license or consent to use, in any way, the trademarks of Antigonis Deli Concept and agree not to use these trademarks, or any trademarks that are similar in color, without the written permission of Antigonis Deli Concept.

 

5.3. Photographic Representation of Our Products We have made every effort to ensure realistic and accurate photographic representation of the majority of our products sold through our Website. However, due to technological limitations, these photographs may differ from the actual condition, form, and image of the products. This is entirely natural given the limited technological capabilities, even with the use of the latest technological advancements in photographic representation. Please note that, although Antigonis Deli Concept has attempted to display the colors of its products accurately, the actual colors you see depend on your screen specifications and, therefore, may not be accurate. Additionally, in photographs or videos, there may be information or elements that do not correspond to the most recent depiction of the product, as they were photographed or filmed at an earlier state.

However, as visitors to the website, you have the exclusive right to download the recipes presented on the Website for personal use only.

Reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, visiting, or otherwise exploiting this Website or any part of it for any commercial purpose without our express written permission is prohibited. We have exclusive rights to our company's domain name, and all commercial brands appearing on our website are duly subject to legal protection.

 

5.7. 6. Terms of Sale

     

    6.1. By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product in accordance with the following terms and conditions. As a rule, we deliver products only within the member states of the European Union (see our Delivery Policy in article 8). For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact our Customer Service Department through the Contact Us section, having previously selected "Other countries" as your country of residence, and if it is determined through a special process that the delivery of our products is feasible, we will confirm the approval of your order and its dispatch. Specifically, deliveries outside the European Union will be examined in a separate process to be approved or rejected, and our customers will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the order request within six working days via email. Please note that the automated message displayed on the screen with the details of the order request received by our company does not constitute acceptance of your order, but is received subject to the above process. In the event of acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation as mentioned above, which will include the details for completing the order with payment. Depending on the legislation of each country outside the European Union, there may be restrictions on the sale of certain products, or the sale of certain products may not be allowed at all. You will be notified if such a problem arises.

     

    6.2. i) For better and more complete service and to facilitate your future purchases, upon your first order, you register as a user of the Antigonis Deli Concept family by filling in all your personal details requested in the corresponding registration form, subject to article 1.6 above. Then, each time after completing your purchases, you fill in all the details of your order request that appear in the order form. All the details you send to our company are managed only by authorized personnel and fall under our Privacy Policy, collected and processed with complete security and care, and only after your explicit consent provided by sending the above form. In any case, each time you send an order request to our company, you must first have accepted these "Terms and Conditions," which govern all our transactions as mentioned in article 1 above.

    1. ii) You can also submit your order as an unregistered user (GUEST USER), without needing to register as a user of the Antigonis Deli Concept family.

     

    6.3. Antigonis Deli Concept collaborates with a multitude of suppliers to bring you a wide range of products at the best possible prices. Orders can also be sent 24/7. For this reason, and to fully inform you and protect you from unforeseen incidents, orders are completed as follows:

     

    6.4.

    1. i) Upon completing your order request, your total consolidated order is displayed, including all its details. If you then proceed to the order completion stage, you connect with the third-party payment service provider to complete the payment of the agreed price under the terms of the next paragraph (ii) below and article 9 below. Upon successful payment completion, you receive an automated order confirmation message sent to the email address you provided. If you choose "deposit to a bank account" of Antigonis Deli Concept, the order is not executed until the company's bank account is credited.
    2. ii) Our company, for the greatest possible security of transactions, may (but is not obliged to) conduct checks through its cooperating payment service providers regarding the correctness of the payment details you send us (when it comes to payment by credit card or through a third-party online payment service provider) during the order completion stage and connection with the third-party payment service provider. It may reject your order if it is found or there is a possibility that there is any problem with these details.

     

    6.5.

    1. i) Then, your order enters the collection stage for processing, and you will be sent an email when the products are scheduled for dispatch to the delivery address (or in the case of multiple deliveries to the delivery addresses) you have specified or picked up from our physical store. The delivery of your products is governed by the Terms of article 8 below.
    2. ii) If for any reason it is found that there is an unexpected shortage from the suppliers of any of the products you placed in the order or/and that a product will be available after the delivery time indicated in our online store, or there is a problem with the products included in your request, our company will make every effort to contact you either by message to the email address you provided or by direct telephone contact with you through its representative (or by all the above methods) to arrange with you for any modification, correction, or cancellation of your order. If communication with you cannot be achieved for a period of 7 calendar days, then your order will be executed for the part that is available and canceled for the remaining part. In any case, any modification of your order will be sent to you again with a new message to the email address you provided, and this message will constitute the confirmation of your order based on which your order will be executed. The dispatch of the products will be carried out based on article 8 below.

     

    6.6. It is clarified that the shipping time may vary depending on the availability of the products and the suppliers' commitment concerning the delivery time (we procure the majority of our products from the area of origin/suppliers), therefore, any delay on the part of the suppliers will delay the shipping time from us. Delivery times are subject to delays due to delays by courier companies or force majeure, which is not our responsibility. Within the European Union, delivery is usually made within 1-3 working days after shipping confirmation (1-6 working days within Greece). For further information, please read article 8 for our Delivery Policy.

     

    6.7. After the email confirmation, you can use the order tracking tool we provide at any time through the "My Account" section on the Antigonis Deli Concept website. Additionally, we will notify you of the status of your order with emails.

     

    6.8. To conduct a transaction with Antigonis Deli Concept, you must be over 18 years old. Visitors under 18 are not allowed to exchange data and any information with us. When placing an order, you commit that all the details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there is sufficient balance to cover the cost of the products. In any case, the Company reserves the right to conduct the checks referred to in article 6.4. ii) above.

     

    6.9. Please note that due to the nature of our products, which are mostly products that can spoil or expire soon, or are perishable and therefore sensitive products, it is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions provided on the product packaging. The customer is also responsible for the products after their delivery by the carrier. Similarly, due to the nature of the offered products, we do not assume responsibility if the product(s) are not received by the customer on the delivery day due to their own fault, i.e., with the first delivery attempt. Antigonis Deli Concept reserves the right to change the specifications listed on its website regarding any product without prior notice.

     

    6.10.

    1. i) All products are available only for personal use and not for resale, except for professionals (traders/B2B customers), who must have already completed the "VAT registration" process and been approved as professional customers (B2B) in the special B2B section you will find on our website soon.
    2. ii) Any user registering as a professional on our website is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they declare on our website and for conducting their transactions. By registering on our website as a professional, you provide your responsible statement to our Company that a) you represent or have the authority to represent the legal entity in the specific transaction and that you bind this entity and b) you are responsible for complying with the tax and any commercial provisions that may govern your business as well as all the rules of storage, maintenance, and delivery of these products (coming soon).

     

    6.11. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received and accepted your order. The contract for the sale of the products will only be concluded after your payment has been approved and your credit/debit card or PayPal account has been charged, or our account has been credited with a bank deposit. In case of cash on delivery or cash payment at our physical store, the products are delivered with retention of ownership (cash on delivery applies only for deliveries within Greece, while cash payment applies if you pick up your order from our physical store). In the case of "deposit to a bank account" of Antigonis Deli Concept, the order is not executed until the company's bank account is credited. It is noted that payment by cash on delivery or cash or bank deposit is made only in euros. Also, if your order includes the purchase of a Gift Card, there is no possibility of payment by cash on delivery or cash or bank deposit.

     

    6.12. During the execution of your order, you will receive a series of automated emails that will indicate the progress of your order.

    1. i) These messages concern the following steps:
    2. a) Order confirmation: as provided in articles 6.4 and 6.5 above.
    3. b) Order processing: When the products of the order have been collected and scheduled for dispatch to your premises, they will be accompanied by the delivery note.
    4. c) Order pending: If any of the products in your order have not been collected and remain pending, we will contact you about it.
    5. d) Canceled: If your order has been canceled for the reasons stated in these Terms.
    6. ii) Also, if any pending issue or problem arises during the execution of your order, you will be sent a corresponding email and/or we will contact you at the phone numbers you provided during registration or order placement on our website.

     

    6.13. By submitting an order request, you consent to receiving the above notifications, which are a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We ask you to ensure that these emails can reach you and that you maintain them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, if you do not receive the relevant emails, to contact our Customer Service Department through the Contact Us section. The parties agree and acknowledge that the communication described in article 6.12 and the manner of conducting it (via email or telephone communication) covers the legal requirements for written notification, disclosure, confirmation of your order, where and when the law requires it. If you wish to express objections or request clarifications regarding the content of any email you have received as mentioned above, or for any other reason, you can contact our Customer Service Department through the Contact Us section.

     

    6.14. In the case of a telephone order initiated by you after calling our Customer Service Department, you accept the following:

    1. i) Your calls, as we inform you at the beginning of each telephone conversation, are recorded for security reasons and for reasons that serve the proper execution of your orders. It is explicitly clarified that during the declaration of your credit card number or any other financial information.
    2. ii) Payment for your order can be made either by credit card, bank deposit, cash on delivery only within Greece, or by picking it up from our physical store upon payment on the spot. Note that the possibility of cash on delivery within Greece does not apply in the case of multiple orders.

    iii) If possible, the user is sent the emails referred to in article 6.12 above to the email address they will provide to our representative. Otherwise, the user accepts that the order confirmation recorded in the telephone conversation constitutes full proof of the total order and its price and that it meets the terms and conditions for written notification, disclosure, confirmation of your order, where and when the law requires it. In case any problem arises with the execution of your order at any time, we will contact you by phone at the numbers you have provided.

    1. iv) All other Present Terms and Conditions apply to telephone orders as well.

     

    7. Prices

     

    7.1. The company generally reserves the right, and the user of Antigonis Deli Concept accepts, to freely determine its pricing policy, modify the prices listed on the website, and change or withdraw offers at any time with or without prior notice to the users of Antigonis Deli Concept, who will be informed of the applicable price each time from the relevant posting on the website. The user selects the corresponding website depending on the country/place of shipment, which also determines our product price list according to our commercial policy and the respective shipping costs of the country. Although we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If your order is canceled according to our Terms and Conditions, but you have already paid for the products, you will receive a refund of the total amount without interest.

     

    7.2. All prices can be in euros, British pounds, or US dollars, at your choice, and include VAT. The prices displayed on our website for the same product in different currencies may include fluctuations among them as the company's pricing policy is freely determined based on the currency in which the order is placed and does not constitute a simple match based on the exchange rate between currencies. You understand that it is not possible to control and adjust prices according to exchange rates at any given time. The shipping cost will be charged additionally, and you will be informed of this cost in the same currency you placed your order. All possible additional charges that may arise are clearly displayed and included in the "Total Cost," such as for refrigerated products, which carry a special marking, and their shipment is subject to the cost of additional special packaging.

     

    7.3. Professional customers based in the European Union (EXCEPT for professional customers in Greece), after their VAT number is verified by the VIES system, will not be charged VAT. VAT will apply normally only to delivery charges according to Greek tax law.

     

    7.4. The Services may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up-to-date. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to change or update information on the Website without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders you have placed based on information contained in the Services that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, among other cases, errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information regarding prices, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

     

    7.5. It is noted that some products, due to being standardized and packaged by their supplier, may have a few grams' deviation in their weight per package, but always within the range described on our website for a specific product price.

     

    
8. Delivery Policy

     

    8.1. Our company provides you with alternative methods of receiving and delivering products for your convenience. When placing your order, you are invited to choose how you wish to receive or have us send the products you have ordered. Depending on the method you choose, the total final cost of your order is determined, which will be included in the order confirmation.

     

    8.2. Time, Method, Place of Receipt/Delivery The delivery time of your order is specified before its finalization.

    1. i) If you wish to have the order sent to a delivery address you specify (multiple deliveries are also possible, see clause 8.2.ii d below), delivery will be made:
    2. a) by a cooperating transport company, namely DHL Express for international deliveries (only within the EU) and SPEEDEX for deliveries in Greece, except for the area defined within the ring boundaries in the center of Athens, which includes the limits described in the detailed list or paragraph 8.2.ii b. Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer within the basic delivery schedule of each transport company. We cannot guarantee the arrival time or the exact delivery time of the order products, as these depend on the transport companies we cooperate with. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events or events beyond its control. In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you as mentioned in articles 6.5ii) and 6.12 above. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, from which point the risk shifts to the buyer according to Article 524 of the Civil Code. The transport cost is determined by the pricing policy of each transport company, which is solely responsible for the shipping charges and may change prices at any time. Antigonis Deli Concept is not responsible for any such price changes.
    3. b) Gift orders: You can also order one or more gifts and send them to any recipient you wish, within the European Union, by simply filling out the special form found on our Website, with the address and details of the recipient, so that the product is delivered directly to them. You have the option of multiple shipments to different destinations and multiple recipients without restriction. When sending gift packages to other recipients, ensure that the recipient can receive gift packages and that, generally, the gift will not be considered, for any reason, unwanted or will not be accepted upon delivery, otherwise, the product will be sent to the billing address at the buyer's responsibility and expense. It is reminded that in the case of multiple shipments, payment by cash on delivery is not available.
    4. e) It is clarified that in the case of collection with cash payment from our physical store, or deposit to an account, as well as in the case of delivery by cash on delivery, our company retains ownership of the purchased products until full and complete payment of the purchase price.
    5. g) It is noted that deliveries are made only on working days (Monday – Friday except holidays) between (9.00 – 19.00 local time, except in the case of collection from our physical store 8.1.i above), and the estimated delivery time from order placement is 1 to 10 working days.
    6. f) Subject to any specific charges for transport and delivery that will be expressly provided for in a product posted on our website, the general pricing policy is as follows:
    7. i) The shipping cost for orders within the European Union (done with DHL Express), excluding Greece, will be automatically calculated on the shopping cart page (depending on the volumetric weight details of each order) and will be included in your order request before completion and payment. For orders delivered to inaccessible destinations, or otherwise inaccessible areas, the cost, depending on the volumetric weight details of each order, is calculated according to the transport company's charges. You can easily determine if your shipping address is considered an inaccessible destination by entering the shipping details in your shopping cart.     8. ii) For shipments within the area defined within the ring boundaries in the center of Athens, which includes the limits described in the detailed list, with our own transport means from our physical store, there is no shipping cost per order (except for gift baskets).

    iii) For shipments throughout the rest of Greece, with SPEEDEX, (if there is no SPEEDEX store in the delivery area, the customer will go for immediate service to the corresponding ELTA store in the area after relevant notification from the site), the shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the shopping cart page (depending on the address and volumetric weight details of each order) and will be included in your order request before completion and payment. In addition to the above cost for orders delivered to inaccessible or island destinations, or otherwise inaccessible or island areas, there will be an additional "inaccessible or island destination charge" (depending on the volumetric weight details of each order), according to the transport company's charges.     1. iv) In the case of sending gift baskets, there is always a separate shipping charge per composition. Specifically, for orders that include gift compositions, there will be a separate shipping charge for sending the gift composition and a separate charge for the rest of the order (if any). The charge will be automatically calculated on the shopping cart page (depending on the volumetric weight details of each order) and will be included in your order request before completion and payment. It is noted that all the above prices may change at any time.

     

    8.3. Free Shipping

    1. i) Free shipping for deliveries to European Union countries applies only to orders over €290 (including VAT and depending on the currency in which the transaction is conducted), for deliveries within the area defined within the ring boundaries in the center of Athens, which includes the limits described in the detailed list, there is no charge (except for gift baskets), for deliveries in the rest of Attica (see detailed list) it applies only to orders over €70 (including VAT and depending on the currency in which the transaction is conducted), and for deliveries for the rest of Greece, it applies only to orders over €90 (including VAT and depending on the currency in which the transaction is conducted). Excluded are areas designated as inaccessible for the European Union, where there will be an "inaccessible destination charge" of €32 (including VAT) depending on the currency in which the transaction is conducted. Also excluded are areas designated as inaccessible or island by ACS Courier for Greece, where free shipping applies only to orders over €140 (including VAT and depending on the currency in which the transaction is conducted). You can easily determine if your shipping address is considered an inaccessible destination by entering the shipping details in your shopping cart. You accept that the "inaccessible or island destination charge" may change and that Antigonis Deli Concept bears no responsibility for this.
    2. ii) This service DOES NOT apply to deliveries to countries outside the European Union (it applies to the United States by selecting it as the shipping country).

    iii) In order for free shipping to apply as mentioned in the above article 8.3.A.i) (regardless of the payment method or redemption), the corresponding amount must be covered by unique products, none of which exceeds 2 kg. Only if the above order amount is covered, can a product be added to the order that exceeds 2 kg in order to qualify for free shipping on the entire order. Additionally, from the above rule, gift baskets are excluded from free shipping.

    1. iv) The free shipping service also applies when using a Gift Card or discount coupons, promotion codes, special offers (depending on current promotional activities), v) The free shipping service also applies when using discount coupons, promotion codes, special offers, see below article 10.9 (depending on the case and depending on current promotional activities, as the service may not apply to certain promotional activities) as mentioned in the above article 8.3.A.i) under the restrictions of paragraph iii) above.

     

    8.4. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your package upon delivery, the courier will leave you a notice with instructions on how to collect your order (and if supported by the specific courier company). In this case, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shifts to the buyer considering their perishable nature as explicitly stated in article 6.9 above. The courier will attempt to deliver the product to you up to 3 times (and if supported by the specific courier company), otherwise, it will remain at the courier's premises at your responsibility and expense and under the general storage terms of the carrier. If you have indicated payment by cash on delivery and do not contact our Customer Service Department through the section for collecting the product within 3 days of the failed delivery attempt to you, your order will be automatically canceled.

     

    8.5. i) Additionally, please note that products delivered outside the European Union (does not apply to the United States by selecting it as the shipping country) may be subject to customs clearance and related charges, and additional charges and costs imposed by the respective national legislation may also be added, for which the company is not responsible. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be; instead, the consumer has more opportunities to know or be informed about them or, at least, about the possibility of their existence, and for this reason, we recommend that you check this possibility before placing any order from our website.

    1. ii) Each country has its own customs policy, so it is recommended to first contact your local customs office for further information. At the same time, please note that when you order from our website, it is considered that you are importing the products and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country where the products are received.

    iii) The shipping cost for international destinations (outside the European Union) depends on the volumetric weight details of each product and the respective destination. As we process your order, you will receive prior notice of these details so that you are fully and correctly informed of the cost included in the delivery of your order.

     

    8.6. If the product of the order is unavailable due to force majeure or chance for more than 30 days (after order confirmation), such as indicative and not limited to production shortages or supplier inability, our Customer Service Department will contact the customer to address the issue. Initially, a similar product or another brand of the same product or a product from a different category or a substitute product will be proposed. If the customer does not agree to proceed with another purchase, a full refund will be offered within 30 days, without interest.

     

    8.7. In our effort to maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we place small and frequent orders with our suppliers and do not keep large stocks in our warehouse, further reducing delivery time from supplier to consumer. Given that most of our products are fresh and without preservatives, sometimes some of them may lose a minimal amount of weight until their receipt, depending on environmental conditions, without this resulting in any alteration of their composition or any defect in the product.

     

    9. Gift Cards

     

    9.1. Gift Cards to third-party recipients you designate are sent only electronically, via email to the address you provide. The user who designates another person for the Gift Card delivery is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided. It is clarified that gift cards cannot be paid with cash, cash on delivery, or bank deposit, but with other payment methods as defined in the next article. This means that if your shopping cart includes a Gift Card, you cannot pay with cash on delivery, cash, or bank deposit, regardless of whether your cart includes other products. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised from the Gift Card itself or the products purchased through it.

     

    9.2. Ask the recipient to check that their Gift Card has not been moved to spam or blocked by a firewall. If none of the above has happened and they cannot see the email, contact our Customer Service Department via the Contact Us section as soon as possible. The Gift Card can be scheduled to be sent to the recipient on a specific future date upon your request.

     

    9.3. The Gift Card states the total value of the gift (including VAT). It is also not possible to issue a gift card with cash, cash on delivery, or bank deposit payment. If an order includes the issuance of a gift card, the entire order cannot be paid with cash on delivery, cash, or bank deposit.

     

    9.4. It is noted that you cannot use (redeem) multiple gift cards for one order. For each order, you can use (redeem) only one Gift Card. The total value of the Gift Card must be used in one order, so you cannot use (redeem) part of a gift card's value in an order, nor can you purchase products of lesser value than the Gift Card. If a user places an order and purchase using a gift card, it is understood that all the present Terms and Conditions apply, and the same procedures for purchasing products must be followed.

We also accept payment by bank deposit to the company's account. It is clarified that we do not accept checks as a payment method for purchases.

       

      10.3. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the process will be carried out and completed through our trusted partner, a banking institution that provides all the security guarantees for electronic transactions. In particular, your transactions on our online store are protected by top online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification by GeoTrust) as they are governed by the protocol PCI/PSS, which guarantees a secure transaction environment for many large companies worldwide. The collection and processing of the payment details you send us are handled only by the cooperating financial institutions, which are solely responsible for processing them to complete the payment.

       

      10.4. If you choose to pay by credit card, you should be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card or ID. If the order is made in the name and on behalf of a company, the credit card used must be corporate, meaning it must be issued in the name of the respective company. If you are refunded through a third-party payment provider (e.g., PayPal or credit cards), you may be charged a fee by the specific third-party provider based on their terms of use and operation, for which our company is not responsible.

It is noted that payment upon receipt of the order at your location "CASH ON DELIVERY" is valid only within Greece without additional charge within the area defined within the ring boundaries in the center of Athens, which includes the limits described in the detailed list, and with an additional charge throughout the rest of Greece €1.95 (including VAT). Pay only in cash and only in euros to our company's employee upon delivery of your order at your location, after first checking the product(s) you receive. Cash on delivery cannot be used for multiple deliveries. The same applies in the case of product collection from our physical store if payment is made on-site with cash.

       

      10.7. According to the applicable tax regulations, receipts over €500 to individuals (Retail Receipt) and to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be paid ONLY by the following methods:

      11.3. If you exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase of a product that is not excluded, the following apply to the withdrawal of products purchased from our online store:

      1. a) Returns must be made within 14 days at the latest from exercising your right of withdrawal (i.e., from sending the relevant email as provided in article 11.2.) at your own responsibility and expense exclusively to our headquarters,L.Logotheti & Metamorfoseos Corner, Pythagorio, Postal Code 83103, Greece.
      2. b) To accept a return, the product sent for receipt by our company must be in the condition received, unused, complete with its original packaging intact, along with all documents that accompanied the product, and the correct storage conditions must have been maintained.
      3. c) Products returned must be sent to the above address and accompanied by: a) the Retail Receipt/Sales Invoice or the Delivery Note and the Withdrawal Statement (even if you have already sent it electronically). Specifically, this form must be filled out with all the necessary requested information, printed, and signed by you. Then place the form with the return package.
      4. d) If the conditions of paragraphs b) and c) above are met, the refund of the amount you have already paid will be made directly by us or in cooperation with the cooperating payment provider or otherwise within the time frame provided by law in the case of withdrawal. If you are refunded through a third-party payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Viva Payments, credit card, etc.), you may be charged any commission that the specific third-party provider will charge you based on its terms of use and operation, for which our company is not responsible.
      5. e) We particularly emphasize that if the above conditions are not met or if any of the aforementioned accompanying product documents are missing, your withdrawal request cannot be satisfied, and the product will be returned to you at the recipient's expense.
      6. f) It is reminded that withdrawal does not apply in the case of purchasing a Gift Card as provided in article 9 above.

      12. Order Change/Cancellation


        12.1. A change or cancellation of an order (whether for a product or a Gift Card) is accepted only if the Order Confirmation has not been sent, i.e., the order has not been completed. Note that after the order confirmation, it is NOT possible to change the declared delivery address for any reason, for security reasons (fraud prevention).
