Mega Spilaio - Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2017 750ml

A deep, expressive red wine,Mega Spilaio Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 reflects the power and refinement of one of Greece’s most historic wine estates. Grown in mountain vineyards with rocky soils, the Cabernet develops focused fruit, firm structure, and a quietly confident intensity.

In the glass, it shows a dark ruby core with aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco leaf, and touches of vanilla from extended oak ageing. The palate is full and structured — ripe black fruit and smoky spice wrapped in polished tannins. A subtle earthy note runs through the mid-palate, leading to a long, warm, and elegantly layered finish.

Pair it with grilled meat,slow-cooked lamb, aged cheeses, or hearty Mediterranean dishes. Decant for at least 30–45 minutes and serve at 16–18°C.
