Mavroudi - Dry Red Wine 750ml

A bold and refined dry red wine made from 100% Mavroudi grapes, cultivated exclusively in clay soils of a privately owned vineyard. Deep garnet in color with crimson reflections, this wine unveils an expressive bouquet of prunes, sour cherries, and dried raisins, enriched by smoky undertones, vanilla, and dark chocolate.
The palate is dense and elegant, with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a long, herbaceous finish. Fermented with native yeasts and macerated for 22 days, this unfiltered red is matured for 6 months in French oak barrels and released after aging one year in bottle, adding structure and complexity to its naturally intense character.
A superb companion to grilled meats, hearty stews, aged cheeses, and rich Mediterranean dishes. Best enjoyed at room temperature after decanting.
