Merlot / Cabernet Sauvignon - Dry Red Wine 750ml

A bold and expressive dry red wine, blending 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from low-yield, clay-soil vineyards privately owned and meticulously cultivated. Deep ruby in color with garnet highlights, this wine reveals a refined aromatic profile of dark red fruits blackberries, cherries, and sour cherries layered with hints of mocha, cedarwood, and black pepper.
Elegant and well-structured on the palate, it delivers velvety tannins and a balanced body, finishing with charming notes of sweet spice. Each variety is vinified separately, beginning with a 3–4 day cold extraction and temperature-controlled fermentation. After 20 days of maceration with the skins, the wine matures in tank for 6 months and is bottled unfiltered, with a full year of bottle aging before release.
Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, game, rich pasta dishes, or aged cheeses. Decant and serve at room temperature to bring out its complexity.
