A bold expression of Samos’ mountain vineyards, Vounitis captures the raw beauty of the island’s terroir in its purest form. Crafted by the Union of Winemaking Cooperatives of Samos (EOSS), this natural wine is produced from sun-kissed Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grapes grown on steep terraces up to 800 m altitude — without additives, clarifiers, or filtration.
In the glass, it reveals vibrant golden hues, wild floral aromatics, and notes of dried apricot, honey, and citrus peel. On the palate, it’s alive — textured, dry, and slightly oxidative, with a long mineral finish that speaks of Samos’ volcanic soils.
Pair it with aged cheese, seafood carpaccio, or Mediterranean mezze. Best served slightly chilled at 10–12°C.
