Erimitis-EOSS / UWC Samos 750ml

"Erimitis" reflects the wilder side of Samos,a wine shaped by altitude, silence, and the island’s unfiltered beauty. Crafted by the Union of Winemaking Cooperatives of Samos (EOSS), it is produced from Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grown on steep, stony terraces up 600m where the vines face strong winds and intense sunlight.This natural approach allows the grape to speak clearly with minimal intervention from vineyard to bottle.

In the glass,it shows a warm golden hue and aromas of wildflowers,dried apricot,citrus peel and gentle herbal notes.The palate is dry-structured, and slightly oxidative,offering layers of stone fruit, mountain herbs, and a firm mineral backbone. Its finish is long, expressive, and unmistakably tied to the volcanic soils of Samos.

Pair it with aged cheeses, roasted vegetables, seafood dishes, or rich Mediterranean mezze.Best served slightly chilled at 10–12°C.
