A calm,lumious expression of Samos mountain vineyards,Profitis is crafted by the Union of Winemaking Cooperatives of Samos (EOSS) as a tribute to purity,freshness and the island's signature Muscat character.The grapes grow on high-altitude terraces up 450m shaped by sun,stone and sea breezes allowing Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains to develop both aromatic depth and natural balance.
In the glass,it opens with bright notes of white flowers,citrus zest,peach and mountain herbs.On the palate Profitis is dry,crisp and finely textured-a clean line of minerality carrying the fruit toward a refreshing elegant finish.
Pair it with fresh salads,seafood,soft cheeses and light Mediterranean mezze.Best served well chilled at 8-10°C.
