A vibrant and aromatic white blend crafted from 50% Malagouzia and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in clay soils on a privately owned vineyard. This wine shines with a bright lemon color and green highlights, offering a fresh and expressive nose of tropical fruits like pineapple, alongside citrus zest, white flowers, chamomile, and subtle botanical notes.
On the palate, it is juicy and refreshing with lively acidity, balanced by floral undertones and a fruit-forward aftertaste. Each variety is vinified separately, with cold extraction and slow fermentation at low temperatures. A brief maturation on the lees for two months enhances its complexity and texture, while maintaining its crisp, unoaked purity.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fresh salads, light pasta, and Mediterranean dishes. Serve well-chilled to highlight its aromatic intensity and zesty finish.
