Merlot Rosé – Dimopoulos Microwinery 750ml

Crafted exclusively from 100% Merlot grapes grown in Nemea at 300 m altitude, this rosé is vinified by direct pressing and light maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C. It expresses a bright Provence-pink hue, fresh fruit aromas, crisp acidity, and a rich, refined flavor profile. With an alcohol content of 13% and residual sugar of 1.90 g/L, it pairs beautifully with traditional Greek dishes when served chilled at about 10 °C. Awards include Falstaff 92/100, Daniele Cernilli 94/100, and Gambero Rosso: Tre Bicchieri.
