A refined white wine crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc Gris, grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Nemea, Peloponnese. The grapes are handpicked at optimum ripeness and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve their natural character. Fermented at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel, this wine reveals a pale golden color with silvery reflections and an expressive aromatic profile of white peach, citrus blossom, and tropical fruit, balanced by subtle herbal notes.

On the palate, it is elegant and vibrant, combining crisp acidity with a silky texture and a long, mineral finish that reflects the limestone-rich terroir of Nemea. Its structure and aromatic precision make it a standout among Greek whites, ideal for lovers of finesse and purity.
